Garrison Brothers Honeydew Whiskey is a great choice for bourbon lovers. This one-of-a-kind product from the hudson valley wine bars,Texas distillery that has won awards is infused with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey and their award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. The end result is a light, smooth bourbon that tastes like honey.

A unique method is used to add the honey to the whiskey. Small wooden cubes made from repurposed bourbon barrels are then dipped in honey. The cubes are then put in the tank's belly, which is made of stainless steel, to let the honey's flavors come through in the bourbon.

Cinnamon, toasted oak, smoke, dark honey, elderberry, and resin are on the nose of this whiskey. White chocolate and mouthwatering golden Texas honey replace the creamy caramel and elderberry syrup on the palate. The finish is silky and warm, and it lasts for a long time.
